"American Individualism: How Modern Conservatism Can Appeal to a New Generation."

Margaret Hoover is an American conservative political commentator, television host, best-selling author, feminist and gay rights activist. As a moderate Republican, she connects with the next generation of Americans by breathing new life and a fresh face into the GOP. Socially liberal, fiscally conservative, and a descendant of former President Herbert Hoover, Margaret is modernizing the party with an open mind for change including marriage equality for all and a robust foreign policy. She is the author of the book American Individualism: How A New Generation of Conservatives Can Save the Republican Party, and hosts PBS's reboot of the conservative interview TV show Firing Line.
