SEMINAR: The Case for Originalism: An Introduction and Defense

About the Event
Taught by Professor Randy Barnett of Georgetown Law School, this one-day, not-for-credit online seminar will include two sessions of two hours each. The seminar will meet on April 8th from 10am-noon and 1pm-3pm ET.
There will be a moderate amount of reading for the seminar. Students will receive the readings in advance and be expected to complete them prior to each session. The seminar is open to current Yale undergraduates and graduate students. Upon successful completion, students will receive a $100 stipend.
