Essay Contest: What can we learn from William F. Buckley, Jr. today?

This spring, the Buckley Program is delighted to offer two essay contests: one for Yale College students and one for high school students. Students are asked the question, “What can we learn from William F. Buckley, Jr. today?”

College Contest
Essays must be between 700 and 900 words. Open to Yale College students.

High School Contest
Essays must be between 500 and 700 words. Open to all students in Grades 9 to 12 who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

Prizes: First-place, second-place, and third-place winners will receive $1000, $500, and $250, respectively.
